Inook AI (inook.in) is a brand owned and operated by AR Group Ventures, a proprietorship owned by Ankit Raj and registered at O-809, New Defence Colony Phase 1, Paragpur, Jalandhar Cantt, Jalandhar, Punjab 144005, India (GSTIN 03HEPPR2543P1ZR) (“AR Group Ventures”, “we”, “us” or “our”). All payments for Inook AI are received by AR Group Ventures, and AR Group Ventures is the seller of record.

1. No physical shipping

Inook AI sells digital services and software only. Nothing is shipped physically, so no shipping charges apply and no courier or postal delivery is involved.

2. How services are delivered

Project work is delivered online: websites are published to the agreed domain or hosting, automations are connected to your accounts, and files and reports are shared by email, WhatsApp or a shared drive.

Work starts after the registration fee is received and the project details are confirmed. Delivery dates for each phase are those stated in your quotation or project agreement. If a date needs to move, we tell you in writing before it is due.

Monthly managed services begin on the start date agreed in writing and run for each month that has been paid for.

3. Delivery problems

If something you have paid for has not been delivered as described, write to inook@argroupventures.com with your invoice number. We acknowledge within 2 working days and respond within 5 business days, resolving the issue or refunding under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to our grievance officer, Ankit Raj, at office@argroupventures.com or +91 62074 64174.
